Just go to another location. This one might be closer but it’s not worth it. They are constantly out of half their product. Customer service is almost none existent here. You’ll feel like you’re a burden because you decided to walk in. Save your time and money and go to another location.

Not a friendly staff experience. I asked for a cup of water, and the employee responded rather harshly that they do not provide cups for water. There was also no bottled water available in the refrigerator.
The sandwich topping options were very limited,only old brown lettuce, pickles, jalapeños, and onions. The onions were extremely frozen and covered with ice. Imagine biting into ice while eating warm toasted sandwich.
This is not the level of customer service or food quality I would expect from a Subway location.

WOW Saturday 5/23 1030am...the glass windows covering the food were extremely dirty and open....there was no tomatoes.... lettuce was brownish and wilted....pickles looked dried up....the "sandwich artist" did not get new gloves to work on my sandwich. He used the same ones from the customer before me. He appeared to be not having a good morning. I paid for it with no problem but threw out the sandwich when I left. I will not come to this subway no more. I will make the longer distance to the one on Washington near Lowes. Much better cleaner Subway.....this one used to be so clean and everything was so fresh. Not anymore I guess. Use your own judgement coming here people.
I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same situation, never have all the proteins, never have all the cheeses, and the staff are always acting like they are mad to be helping you.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the quality at this Subway has steadily declined.
We visited on April 20th at approximately 1:40 PM, and the restaurant was poorly stocked. The beverage options were extremely limited, with only Pepsi and Pepsi Zero available. Several standard toppings were missing, including onions and pickles, and the lettuce appeared wilted. Additionally, the cucumbers in the container were frozen.
We ordered two chicken sandwiches to go. Upon eating them, we noticed that the chicken had an unpleasant taste and did not appear to be fully cooked. We returned to the restaurant to address the issue. One employee was on a personal phone call and referred us to a coworker for assistance. When we requested a refund, we were told that the chicken was fine; however, based on its appearance (as shown in the attached photo), it did not seem properly prepared.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.
