  Reported my shipment as 27 lbs, when my shipment was accepted in store at 5lbs. Because of this, I was charged $80 for shipping afterwards as a surprise charge on my card. Go to any other UPS store.

  I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store, especially thanks to Jackson. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Jackson went above and beyond to make sure my shipment was packed securely and handled with care, and incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, making the whole process quick and stress-free. They both took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare these days to find customer service this consistent and thoughtful. Thanks to Jackson, this location is now my go-to for all shipping, printing, and business needs. Highly recommend—top-tier service every time!
