  Unfortunately they were not friendly here today. Very curt. Perhaps they were having a bad day and are usually more customer friendly?

  I use this UPS store frequently and the experience is always quite good. They are efficient and professional. They have what I need, are generous with their expertise and I can in and out as quickly as possible.

  I am not sure where the Petaluma Distribution center is but it has been consistent at delivering my packages to the wrong address. I have filed a claim for a wrong address delivery and all they were able to say after 6 days is that they delivered it to the correct address. The picture from their delivery notice does not match my front door. I walked around the neighborhood looking for this door and people began to think I was suspicious. I do not recommend UPS for deliveries. Their customer service support is in need of improvement. The driver I spoke to also agrees that the Petaluma distribution center is a mess.

  Never had a bad experience here. Marie does a great job and she’s always got a good attitude even when the job is obviously stressful! Thankful to have her help me with packages & find a way when the problem at hand might be tough

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was helped by someone named Kayla, who needed my help to input an international address and asked me what “expedited” means. It took her over 30 minutes to set up and print a domestic shipping label, and she was unable to help me ship my other package to the UK. Her co-worker, who seemed competent, just watched Kayla struggle and didn’t offer to help. I quit and had to go over to FedEx to ship the international package. Horrible experience.
