  Unfortunately they were not friendly here today. Very curt. Perhaps they were having a bad day and are usually more customer friendly?

  I use this UPS store frequently and the experience is always quite good. They are efficient and professional. They have what I need, are generous with their expertise and I can in and out as quickly as possible.

  I am not sure where the Petaluma Distribution center is but it has been consistent at delivering my packages to the wrong address. I have filed a claim for a wrong address delivery and all they were able to say after 6 days is that they delivered it to the correct address. The picture from their delivery notice does not match my front door. I walked around the neighborhood looking for this door and people began to think I was suspicious. I do not recommend UPS for deliveries. Their customer service support is in need of improvement. The driver I spoke to also agrees that the Petaluma distribution center is a mess.

  Absolutely worst customer experience. I dropped off my package here in September 2022, and it got lost. When we found out that it went missing, their employees were very unhelpful, unempathetic and kept telling me they are “just a franchise and not the UPS” so there is nothing they can do and it’s not their problem. The older guy who works there is condescending, immature and unprofessional. He took my complain personally, saying “I didn’t lose it” - and started to argue back. I contacted the customer support at UPS headquarters asking for help but they also refuse to take responsibility and kept telling me to resolve the issue with the store. They lost the package and that was bad enough but how they handle the problem was even worse. I’d expect a respectful and professional attitude at least. I tried to have the manager (Greg) call me but he never have. Emailed 2 times, nothing. Their phone number is only answered by a robot and impossible to speak with a human. I am extremely disappointed and shocked to see how they could be the way they were. I do not recommend using this store.
