  When I ordered, the greedy owner pointed at the menu and said, "Those are the old prices, they are not correct." When I asked what the correct price was, his reply: "I can tell you when I ring you up. It will be a couple bucks up or down." What a crock of processed meat.

  I was so surprised when I watched the man being the counter take money with his gloved hand then grab the bread I had requested, which mind you, I said something and he just put another glider over the dirty one. The tables were filthy, and they had no napkins and the sandwiches may was bland. I spent 37.00 for two sandwiches and one drink. Yikes with this I please suggest to go another one.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but I thought it was necessary. So you understand, I’m not a dumb dumb that would waste my money and go back to a bad restaurant but I did have some free subway sandwich gift cards. I’ll try to keep this quick and concise The other bad reviews on here are spot on I’ve been there twice. I’m both times were unbelievably painful. The staff is not only rude but condescending They don’t seem to get anything correct whether you’re asking for a couple extra pickles or no mayonnaise I’ve been there twice and both times I feel like I’m getting scolded by my older brother who thinks I’m the dumbest person in the world. They will charge you for anything they can and not give you very much in return for the said charges. Then they insult you and your intelligence when you inquire about the interaction And as I look at a couple comments it seems very strange that two of the positive comments come after people complain, and those two profiles do not have a picture and only have one letter different in their name with the same first name. Listen, I want all businesses to do well and all you really have to do to do that is try hard put out a decent product and be nice They fail in all three of those categories and I can’t stress enough how ridiculous it is to have a 21 year-old kid speak so rudely to a person spending money at your business. I would avoid this place with all due respect. It’s just like all the bad reviews say recently that the place is ridiculously unprofessional, and lastly, it does seem like the food is not very fresh. I thought that was what Subway was hanging their hat on not to mention their reasonable prices. But as I mentioned before, they charged me for everything and by the time my $16 foot-long was done it was a $24 sandwich. I’ve never been so uncomfortable and so insulted and felt so horrible leaving an establishment where I just purchased a sandwich. I would recommend any other places In Petaluma , if you are going to stop for a sandwich.
