  We have used this FedEx location for many, many years and have had no issues. However today, my husband did not have a good experience to pick up a package that was delivered there. Sam was the gentleman he spoke with and he was very unprofessional and rude. He did not want to help in any way and would not accept any form of tracking information or driver's license we had to retrieve the package. His word's were "I am not looking anything up or looking to see if the package is even here". It is very disheartening to have this experience when a customer service called and told us the Package was at this location and needed to be picked up by end of day.
