  Usually pretty great. I loveeee my turkey sandwiches but the last two orders I’ve made here were not amazing. I had to cancel an order and wasn’t offered any refund or remake, and had to go in after almost a week of nobody answering the phone. Second was today, sandwiches were good but my issue was with my cookie. We found what looks like a pube but most likely a beard or mustache hair. ☹️

  Yesterday around 8:00pm I had just got off of work and decided to grab a bite so I ordered a online pick up at subway, my order said it will be ready at 8:40 pm, so then I parked and waited till 8:40pm , I decided to get off and that’s when I had found out that they still haven’t gotten started on my order, I seen they were pretty busy, but the way the girl approached me and spoke to me was entirely unprofessional and unspoken for, I was very sad at the fact that I seen they were working under pressure because they were backed up but as a customer I don’t think it is necessary to be rude having to tell me they haven’t gotten started on my order because they have other orders they’re finishing, with a awful attitude. I was very disappointed, I hope this doesn’t occur to anybody else. This will be my last time I ever go to this subway off of perris in west side.

  Two female workers completely ignoring everyone who walks in… more interested in their conversation with each other than working. The one with long gold colored nails doesn’t use soap to wash her hands, and does a lot of cussing. I will not be returning.

  Went in to order my daughter a sandwich and saw flies behind the counter near the food. Walked out without placing an order.
