  Had a phenomenal experience here while driving through the area. The employee that made our sandwiches went an extra 10 miles giving us tips on how employees make sandwiches and cutting up jalapeños for us. Excellent customer service led to an excellent sandwich experience. 10 out of 10. Best Subway experience ever

  The manager at this store needs to do a much better job because what I witnessed today was absolutely ridiculous. It is memorial day which means schools are out and a lot of people have the day off so you would think to have a couple people on staff for preparation. NO instead seems like the manager took the holiday off and left this poor gal all by herself to deal with a rush that never seemed to end. While attending to all guests in store plus doing pick up orders in between she kept her cool and worked with what she could. I’m talking 10 guests in store ordering while also juggling multiple pick up orders that were coming through all by herself. She handled the situation beautifully and on top of that was trying to get any other staff member to come in and help and no one was willing. Poor management and should definitely be replaced seeing that they cant properly staff a store and find coverage to help out on a busy holiday. Shame on the manager that manages this location.

  I had a horrible experience at this subway, I went at around 4:45 and the ladies that were working didn’t care about the customers whatsoever. They were busy chatting it up not giving a damn about taking orders or making people their sandwiches. I waited there for about 15 minutes and none of them took my order so I eventually had to just leave, horrible experience. Y'all need to hire better workers and fire those that don’t know how to do their jobs.

  I arrived at 8:24pm my order was suppose to be ready at 8:15pm. The guy at the register tells me they haven't started with my order and they proceed to take customers walking up. I'm highly pissed 😤 as they laugh and joke around even after people leave no sense of urgency. It's now 831pm I'm trying to get to work for 9pm. 833pm I'm still waiting. Now 836pm I'm handed my sandwich cold cut club foot long no apologies or anything. Complete bad service and a filthy atmosphere
