  Just ordered tonight…. Highly disappointed. We were eating our cheese fries while eating. We located a piece of broken glass inside our fries. This is highly dangerous and I hope more didn’t land in others food. This was around 9:35pm May 20, 2026

  Very bad customer service. The guy up front was not helpful at all. Need more friendly people. They told me they were going to change my order and ended up telling Me that they "forgot".

  Very frequently mess up orders and bad customer service. Have had to go back and get items that weren't in my bag multiple times, even after asking them directly if everything is in the bag. Today, I ordered Large Fry (Regular Seasoning) in my order and received Lemon Pepper fries... absolutely ruined and a waste of my SIX DOLLARS.

  I had gotten voodoo fries and they had given me just cheese and gave no sauce on the fries this is the first time I had this happen
