  One the cooks with no tattoos that works there cancelled out my order just because im his girlfriends ex boyfriend. i placed my order and was waiting for my food for a very long time also while he was giving me dirty looks instead of making my order and all he had to say was bullshit to cashier that told him where is that specific order hire folks that dont bring their feelings to work. hes got a temper problem. seriously let him go hes very unprofessional”

  genuinely the worst wingstop. i used to order here all the time, and other than the wait it was comepletly fine and the food was amazing. the last three times I have ordered, they do not season their wings, rather they just throw regular tenders into a box of flavored oil?? like you literally have to swirl the chicken around in the OIL to get any sort of flavor on the piece. they used to actually have seasoning on them but is like they just stopped. Hope this gets fixed

  Worse Customer Service I have ever seen, I called over 40 times and no one answered, the workers ignored the phone and even hanged up. I believe it’s because they don’t speak English. I made an order on the app and did a carryout option on accident and wanted to see my options for changing that.

  The food is good, but the staff are really rude. I’ve been a customer since they opened, but I don’t like the way the new manager treats people; it’s like when someone starts at the bottom and gets a promotion, they start acting superior. I love Wingstop, but because of staff like that, I think I’ll look for another place where they’re friendlier to customers.
