- JMJ MMay 23, 20261.0Their staff person was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. He lacked the most basic service skills. Their automated phone line provides incorrect information about live scan hours and rather than provide a simple apology for their company issue, he interrupted me multiple times and dismissed me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Went to Perry’s Parcel and they were fantastic.

I originally went in to buy packing supplies to ship my eyeglasses to NYC for repair, but the staff was incredibly honest and helpful. They explained that it would actually be cheaper for them to pack the glasses for me than for me to buy the materials myself. They also saved me an additional $70 by recommending regular postage over a faster shipping method that would have only saved a few days. I truly appreciated their honesty, speed, and friendly service. It’s rare to find a business that looks out for your wallet like this. Highly recommend!
