  I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store here in Paso Robles while making an Amazon return. The customer service was excellent from start to finish! The team was friendly, professional, efficient, and made the entire process quick and easy. Kudos to UPS for having such a great team here in Paso Robles! Thank you for the outstanding service.   This store went above and beyond to make sure my package caught the shuttle to get to its destination by the next day. They were friendly and supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

  Their staff person was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. He lacked the most basic service skills. Their automated phone line provides incorrect information about live scan hours and rather than provide a simple apology for their company issue, he interrupted me multiple times and dismissed me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Went to Perry’s Parcel and they were fantastic.
