  The owners are very friendly, they speak Korean, English and Mandarin. definitely recommend this location if you want an easy and smooth shipping experience

  NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. NEVER. They stole and lied about delivering my package. Upon my claim investigation, UPS customer support confirmed contents were opened, removed, and damaged. The only way for that to happen would be for this location to be complicit. On top of that, the horrible customer service from what i assume are the two family members working there (the only employees) will just make you fume even more. Rude, terrible service. Now add shady lying and criminal behavior. I don’t understand how UPS as a company allows this store to stay open.

  You have to pay twice to print. They don’t let you just email. You must use their web service (additional charge) then pay to print. Overpriced.

  Been here twice; staff/owners have been rude and curt both times. I'm going elsewhere next time as the energy is simply too negative at this location.
