  Very disappointed. I paid over $50 to ship a package to Canada, then found out the recipient had to pay an additional CAD $40 in UPS brokerage fees. The actual government taxes were only about CAD $9. No one informed me of these fees when I shipped the package. Had I known, I would have chosen a different service. Customers deserve more transparency.

  I feel confident that they will complete any business needs that I have. They also provide service to me as if I matter. I feel like they are watching out for me. Nevine knows what she is doing!

  This UPS probably is one of the most busiest UPS I have been to. The line is out the door, and there is 3 staff behind desk but I’m not sure why they cannot triage or have a line just for returns when majority of these people in line are Amazon return but the one off shipping customer holds up the line. There is also a lot of their return packages just hanging out outside without someone watching. And given how busy they are, the packages can be easily stolen or lost. I’ll not recommend anyone to come to this location nor would I come back. This is also a super busy shared parking lot.
