You don't have to be a Clown to put a smile on your face for paying customer or even serve them right ...

Fabiola and the rest of the staff were very patient, despite having two random customers start harassing them. The food was great and their service was better, definitely would come again.

First time at this location.. the workers seemed a little cold and standoffish. The place was nice. The only reason I'm giving the food a 1 is because literally my last bite of sandwich had a hair in it 🤢

This has nothing to do with the staff or the food. My issue is with the direction Subway franchise locations seem to be taking and how it weakens the customer-server relationship. I recently went to Subway and was encouraged to use the ordering kiosk. The menu felt cluttered, and it took me a while just to figure out how to place the order. The whole process ended up taking longer than the traditional way. Once my order was submitted, the employee started making my sandwich by following the screen. The problem is that Subway has always been about customization and direct communication. I ordered extra of some ingredients, but the amount added looked the same as a normal order, so I still had to step in and explain that I wanted more. At that point, it made me wonder what the kiosk was really accomplishing. One of the things I used to like most about Subway was being able to interact directly with the person making my food and customize it exactly the way I wanted. Now it feels like that experience is being replaced by a system that makes the process slower, less personal, and less precise. It starts to feel like just another sandwich shop. I will not be coming back, not out of anger toward the staff, but because it feels like the establishment has lost part of what made it unique.
