  Aaron was exceptional- he greeted me and right away made my experience easy and helped me print the FedEx label / he was also kind enough to help me finalize taping up my package and asked me to just go and enjoy the rest of my day off because I told him that I have a few errands to run and this was one of them! Thank you Aaron.

  The worst business in Pasadena, CA. The staff is not only incompetent, they are very rude as well. I witnessed an incident where a customer was treated so poorly, that he was willing to fight the FedEx CSR, when the client walked away... The clerk was taunting him to come back to fight, while threatening to call the police. I for one will no longer use Fedex services... Will be taking my business to UPS. Thank you

  Michael helped me ship my documents to sell my house in NC and he did everything to make sure my documents stayed safe, were insured sufficiently, and would get there on time. Michael is the best! It’s so nice when people really care like that.

  Great service! I made some copies and left my drivers license in one of the machines. Fortunately someone turned it in and the friendly staff kept it and I got it back quickly. Thanks you are a life saver
