  I thoroughly enjoy this hotel great service and budget friendly.far exceeds expectations and price. So much included breakfast more than adequate for low price entry. Love new enriched enhancement for entertainment (utube) very nice. Many visits over time. Friendly service. The breakfast is extremely good, but I do wish every now and again an exciting new item would appear just to change it up a tiny bit like perhaps French toast sticks or whip cream for waffles. Still more than satisfying the way it is, but because I go so frequently. With rewards prices and offers it's a solid really good stay with comfort and good amenities. They try so hard.   I stayed here for about 20 minutes before we packed up and left. Dirty carpets, musty smell, dead bugs, dirty sheets. I have photos but cant seem to post them here. I did get a refund but overall staff and management didnt seem too concerned by this, neither did head office. I stayed at multiple Best Westerns on this trip and this isn't the first time I had a gross room. Can't say I recommend Best Western as a company anymore unfortunately.

  Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war okay, es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Smart TV. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl okay und es hat geschmeckt. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht benutzt, da wir ständig unterwegs waren. Aber wir kommen gern wieder.

  Our stay was great. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was basic but good to have in the morning. The only thing that can affect your stay is the noise of the traffic as the hotel is located on a busy road. Mountain view was a treat.

  The staff here are A1 topnotch customer service. My first choice now when in LA area. Every place has some kinda flaw someone can find but then you are treated with kindness, respect and understanding with that being so rare nowadays, it's very refreshing and the flaws seem to disapate over shadowed by the professionalism of genuinely nice people employed by the establishments you choose to spend your money with. Some other locations across the nation can take notes from the great staff at this best western, Pasadena Inn. To the staff thank again for everything you guys arean allstar team in my book.
