Ordered online. Still made us wait 30 min after the estimated time . Mind you it was empty. Workers were coming in and out the store, soooo who was making our food ? 🤔 alsooooo there was a mess in the bag. Ranch spilled everywhere. Either the container was broken or it was not placed properly in the bag.

My daughter placed an order for pick up and it was such a bad experience. First of all, they made us wait 30 min, past the estimated time that is stated on the email. Finally we got it, trusted the order was correct and went home. Opened and was about to serve when we saw our ranch and wings missing. Normally I don’t like to complain, but for that long of a wait I had to call and let them know. Called and they said that we can come back to pick up the items in 10 min. I gave it 15 min and went, they said to give them 5 min.. waited a few minutes, mind you there was no one coming in. I went up and they said a few more min.. in total 30 minutes AGAIN waiting in an empty restaurant where nothing was going on. Absolutely ridiculous and they when I asked the third time they were acting brand new like they weren’t aware I was there waiting for that same order. Never coming back again there’s way better Wingstop’s in the area don’t come here unless you have no life and can wait around for hours.
