  Ordered wings online-for delivery, never got order and shows order was delivered on ruther st. Can’t contact door dash and have to call wingstop and they don’t answer or don’t know what to do

  I ordered my food 30 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready by the time I got there. When I arrived, the board even showed that my order was ready, but I still had to wait another 10 minutes just to receive it. What made the experience worse was seeing several employees in the back laughing and fooling around instead of paying attention to customers and getting orders out. I completely understand when a restaurant is busy, but when an order is already marked as ready, there’s no reason a customer should have to stand around waiting while employees are joking around. Definitely disappointing service and something management should address.

  Ordered online. Still made us wait 30 min after the estimated time . Mind you it was empty. Workers were coming in and out the store, soooo who was making our food ? 🤔 alsooooo there was a mess in the bag. Ranch spilled everywhere. Either the container was broken or it was not placed properly in the bag.
