  I definitely would warn anyone from going to this Subway.. Their manager Vanessa is incompetent and maliciously rude. She refuses to uphold her company standards in accepting coupons.. It’s too much to do according to her. Subway, this location will lose customers thanks to this incompetent and rude manager Vanessa.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. Vanessa, the store manager, was extremely rude and refused to let us use valid coupons without giving a clear explanation. Instead of trying to help or handle the situation professionally, she had a bad attitude the entire time. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience definitely made us not want to come back.

  I normally go to this subway and today.I was really disappointed by one other team members. I normally come here and get my steak and eggs with shredded cheese. I never have an issue until today. There was a lady, an older looking lady who gave me my cheese on a measuring cup. She only gave me two scoops and told me that more was gonna be extra. I told her that every other person that I worked here gives out normal proportion of cheese and today. I honestly felt robbed. When I asked her to do more cheese, just a normal amount, she said that it was gonna be extra. This honestly is outrageous. Wanting to go to subway to order a steak and egg with cheese and having to pay extra for cheese crazy work..
