  We regularly drop off business shipments at other UPS locations without issue, but had a very poor experience at this store. Staff refused to accept our packages, claiming the driver would not take them due to size and weight—even though other regional locations accept the exact same items daily. The employee involved was dismissive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. If you rely on consistent commercial shipping service, I suggest taking your business to another location.

  I had my Live Scan done today at UPS, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sofi. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and the way she handled everything really stood out to me. I had a bad experience with a Live Scan years ago at a location near my home, so when I walked in today, I was nervous and tense because of what I had experienced before. Sofi immediately reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and her patience and kindness helped me feel so much more comfortable. UPS is very lucky to have an employee like her. She is super sweet, compassionate, and truly knows how to make customers feel at ease. Thank you, Sofi, for making what I expected to be a stressful experience such a positive one. You are greatly appreciated!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. One of the employees was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout our entire interaction. Instead of providing customer service, he told me that I was “not welcome in his store.” No customer should ever be spoken to this way. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism that customers expect from UPS Stores. Whether this location is a franchise or not, that is not an excuse to allow employees to treat customers with hostility and disrespect. An employee who speaks to customers this way should not be representing this business. I sincerely hope the owner takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately so that no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment. I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone based on this experience.

  went in for fingerprinting and the blonde lady that helped me out was so sweet and accommodating with me. i wasn’t sure of her name, maybe nanda? i peeked at her computer and i saw the name nanda. anyway, she was such a sweetheart while checking my individual prints. one of my fingers was super dry and peeling and she made sure to keep reapplying lotion on it and repeating the process until the prints were good enough to send off. great employee
