  I’ve been renting a mailbox here since May 2021, It’s important to me knowing my mail and packages are safe from theft, and having 24/7 access to my mailbox is great. After hours the door is locked but if you rent a mailbox there, you get a door key. Town & Country parking lot is a big headache at times, but I’ve always felt safe coming here. That is important to me. The same team has been working here since I first rented my mailbox, and that kind of consistency is rare.I think that says a lot of good things about this store and the people working there. I get my mail several times a week, and it’s always clean and well-staffed. The store has many convenient services and people are treated kind and helped quickly. They know what they’re doing. I’ve been to other ups locations/post offices and I’m glad I chose the good one, since it is a part of my day. Avoid becoming a victim of porch pirates, stolen mail or identity theft, and get yourself a mailbox in this SAFE location.

  They charge you $6 for a plastic bag and will be rude to you while doing it. Don’t choose UPS for your returns, go to FedEx.

  I got my documents notarized here and then drove 5 hour round-trip to Sacramento to obtain apostille. However, the officer at the Secretary of State's office rejected the documents because the notary section had been filled incorrectly and was deemed invalid. The next day, I returned to this UPS Store to request a refund for the invalid notarization, but the staff said that they do not provide refunds for notary services.

  I have just had a HORRIBLE experience with this store. My elderly mother asked them if a package could be left there, they said yes, when the UPS driver showed up they refused the package, all in call costing me upwards of $70 and the package is being returned to me! Do not have stuff sent there. The manager at my local store called and confirmed as such. Don't say you are willing to hold a package if you are not.

  The staff is outstanding...very helpful and super friendly!!!
