  Sales associates here are so extremely pushy, especially if they hear you speak Mandarin. They’ll automatically send over a Mandarin speaking sales associate and deploy sales tactics on you to try to get you to buy more items. I saw a gorgeous dress on the mannequin displayed and walked into the store, fully intending to try on the dress and maybe even check out some other pieces. A sales associate came up to me right away and started following me around the store, nonstop commenting on how I should try on this and this and saying things like “this is the last one we have in store.” Completely put me off of wanting to try on anything, including the dress that brought me into the store in the first place. All I wanted to do was leave. To this store’s manager, you need to train your employees to stop being so aggressively pushy and let your customers shop in peace!

  The sale and shop owner is so RUDE and impolite. Someone purchased a coat online as a gift for my friend and my friend wants to replace with another style. The sale and owner kept saying the coat is on sale and the shop didn’t even sell now, and not allowed to replace.🤮🤮🤮

  Don't ever buy at this store. Again, don't buy at this franchise store. If you want to purchase anything from Max Mara, try at the store and buy online or buy at a corporate store because you won't get a a refund. This franchise store has a NON REFUNDABLE policy and the aggressive salesperson will NOT TELL YOU.
