  Ordered a 10 peice combo and got my order wrong. Walked in everybody just awkwardly stares no greetings I called to tell them about how they messed up my order and the girl sounded like she didnt care nor said sorry about getting it wrong after i drove 25 mims from lake to palmdale on 47th so disappointed . lack of professionalism and customer service is crazy.

  I been here quite a few times they are always so welcoming and nice here . My food I order is always perfect which I love and enjoy. My favorite thing to order is the Spicy Korean Q chicken Sandwich. It's like a spicy bbq sauce which tastes so delicious with the Wingstop ranch . When I go my dad orders tenders he has gotten different flavors as well but lemon pepper tastes really good . I also love the drink machine do wish they had peach minute maid that's why I usually like going cause it's kind of hard to find that flavor of minute maid but that's okay maybe next time .

  I came into Wingstop around 2:10 PM today and the lady working the front counter/delivery area was completely dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and the way I was treated was not okay at all. It honestly felt like she either didn’t care or wasn’t properly trained on how to speak to customers. I usually enjoy coming here, but experiences like this make people not want to return. I hope management addresses this and provides better customer service training moving forward.

  I ordered a 8pc boneless wing combo they gave me tenders food was very salty nasty 🤮 I called the store they told me no manager available they weight the fries 🍟 very little portion and over cooked they head cook was acting as store manager smh 🤦‍♀️ very bad customer service and horrible food wrong order people was coming in missing things on there order

  They are real hit and miss here with there food. It all depends on who makes your order. Does not seem like there is much standardization here. Not much pride in there work. On the manger seemed like he cared.
