  I asked them to print a shipping label for me...they charged me $1.50 JUST TO OPEN THE EMAIL. And 75 cents to print. Charging to print I understand, but $1.50 to open an email is INSANE. Then come to find out I didn't even need them to print the label, after he scanned my QR code, and all I got was a simple sorry. He could have at least refunded me. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I've been using this UPS Store for years and recently had a great experience with Nancy, the manager. She was beyond helpful from the moment I walked in and really took the time to help me with my shipment. I ship orders to customers pretty regularly, so having someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and makes the process easy makes a big difference. Nancy provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciated the way she took care of me and I'll definitely continue bringing my shipments here. Thank you, Nancy!
