  I've shipped with UPS for many years, it's the main method of shipping we choose when shipping items to my customers. I've always had great experience and I've been satisfied with the service from the people working here up until yesterday. I went to ship two boxes for one of my customers, when I wanted to add the insurance protection, I was told that wasnt an option since UPS does not cover documents, I told the lady that 'THE ORDER WAS NOT DOCUMENTS' it was an order for one of my clients, she then responded with "still, UPS does not cover paper, food, and other items". I understand not covering legal documents or food, jewelry, etc., however my order was neither one of those, it was marketing materials for my customer. Due to the urgency of the items needed by my customer, I shipped the items, however I don't think this information provided by the employee was accurate and now my package is no longer covered. I always add insurance and I don't mind paying since it gives me a peace of mind. Due to this experience, I'll have to ship items through FedEx to avoid dealing with this person or the inconsistency in service.

  Amazing fast work and printing I love coming here for mailing and etc. Kevin is a very nice worker who is a joy to talk to.
