Unique location. This is the first Subway that I visited that has a kiosk system in it. Very clean place too.

A very nice lady named Victoria took mine and my husband's order and I couldn't be happier! Her service was phenomenal and she is very polite and nice! Would go here again just to have her take our order again! 10/10 best service at Subway I've had in a long time!!!

Ok I found it like to order my online sandwich in store, I have a certain way I like my sandwich, and normally when you get there it's already packed and if it's not right you don't know till you get home, BUT I have lately trying different combinations and asking the staffs favorites and been having delicious luck

I ordered a BLT and got some type of cold cut. i waited for the workers computer to get back running then i had to wait like another hr, after waiting for my BLT, i got a some type of cold cut that i didn't want but didn't notice till i was gone... mind you this was like 3:30 am.

On Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, around 5:45 p.m., my mother and I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway® store in Tierra Subida in Palmdale. The way she was treated was disrespectful and upsetting. Her sandwich had an excessive amount of mustard to the point it was extremely salty and basically inedible. I politely asked if they could please remake it or fix it for her, especially since the sandwich was prepared right in front of us, but the employees call the shift manager and refused to help in any way.
What made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of compassion shown toward my mother age 81. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable or dismissed when simply asking for help with an order that was clearly made poorly.
Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated afterward says everything about a business. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
I want to be fair in saying that I have been coming to this Subway® location for many years, and until now I had never experienced anything like this. Previous employees were usually attentive, respectful, and helpful. That is why this experience stood out so strongly to me. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of this particular shift crew did not reflect the kind of service I had received here in the past.
