So rude! I was devastated and I had no help. They hung up on me, never had that happen to me before.

Come to this store! My phone was acting weird and I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I was running some errands when I saw this Cricket store and I decided to stop by to get some help. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my phone quickly and explained to me what was happening while doing so. I decided to get a new phone since I was having so many issues with it and it was pretty old. He helped me pick out the perfect phone and accessories for me. I don’t know how else to thank him for all of his help. Thank you once again Brian for all of your assistance!
