  Can't complain about the staff or location. Both were perfect for me. My only problems were with our reservation, which was the fault of a third party, and the breakfast buffet. The toast was stale, oj was more like slightly yellow water, and I didn't dare try anything else. All in all a good experience and pleasant staff that have been very accommodating.

  I just stayed here last night 7/25/26-7/26/26 and refrigerator wasn't working well (not cold) and when I went to the restroom there was a curly black hair sitting on the edge of the tub. I was very grossed out and immediately called the front desk. They apologized and moved me into a king suite. It was a comfortable room, but I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I felt the same as others that have posted their experiences, that this hotel seems like maybe they just want to have a mediocre hotel. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and I do look forward to the breakfast but having breakfast sandwiches heated in foil that are Jimmy Dean Crossaints is sub par. This hotel doesn't deserve to call itself Best Western plus in my opinion.

  The place wasn't bad by any means. It was alittle hard to find with GPS and staff was nice enough, beside the night shift. Here comes the horrible. There was a person living in the hotel next door, slamming door, yelling, and screaming. Someone getting kicked out of her room every night. I know its not the hotels fault but Staff was notified, just got an apology but thats it. It continues for three days. The night shift just watched you like you just did some crime. You say hey or hello, they just straight into you soul. Like they were lacking one. I wouldnt this place, i recommend across the street. So much better.

  If I could leave zero stars I would, hotel over all seems very ran down. The rooms are out dated, they were extremely hot and the ac unit was barely able to bring down the room temp to a manageable temperature, the room was very dirty, mold was growing in the shower and the parking lot was very dark. Multiple people in my group had separate rooms and all had the same experience. I would 100% staying some where else possibly even stay in my car before staying in this hotel again. Don’t know how this place got 4 start but that is far from accurate.

  I stayed there after my home burnt down and the staff there were the most inconsiderate , rude and creepy people I've ever encountered. They followed my guests around like they were criminal. They consistently harassed me and the people who were bringing my girlfriend and I the simple necessities. When I confronted them about it, I was banned from the hotel.
