I came to UPS with an oversized shipment and received outstanding customer service from Derek and Chris. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating, allowing me to get everything organized in their workspace so I could prepare my shipment without having to stand outside in the heat. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to help me accomplish what I needed. Their willingness to make the process easier and more comfortable made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you, Derek and Chris, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service. You both went the extra mile, and it did not go unnoticed! UPS is lucky to have employees like you.

The customer service at this UPS location was beyond awesome 😎.. I'd like Thank Chris at the downtown Palm Springs 🌴 California location, for being very attentive to my needs. Chris went far beyond his responsibilities to attentive to my concerns. Not did we achieve those goals.......He did it with a smile and sincerity. This one stop shopping store will always have a life long customer. Thank you again Chris for making me feel welcomed to your shop.

I have used the Palm Springs UPS Store Downtown many times to return Amazon items as well as ship items back home. As a resident of PS 2 months each year, I appreciate the reliability and customer service of the UPS Store. Chris has been especially helpful, and always personable and professional. I will be back in 2027!

This one is farther from me than others but they have the BEST service. Notary is also open later than others, including on weekends. It’s small but spotless and conveniently located on the main Palm Springs strip. The staff is so friendly! Even after a long and frustrating day, I left with a smile.
