  Derek is always very helpful, kind and always has a smile on his face. He always has me in & out of there in about 1 min. They’re all very professional and nice at this store but Derek is my favorite. I always leave with a smile on my fave! 😀😀😀

  Amazing staff here. Derrick really helped us out, my boyfriend and I got a bunch of big art for our place at this fabulous estate sale I was gonna give I was(La Quinta Estate Sales in PS is fab!) and he gave my boyfriend the bubble wrap and my boyfriend didn’t really know how to wrap the Art and Derrick so kindly helped us package. The art so beautifully impatiently so we can make sure it’s fabulous and safe for our long commute to LA. Absolutely amazing staff here and energy plus a great lot of shop next-door :-)

  Best shipping and copy store in Palm Springs. Staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I use this store all the time.

  I tried to drop off an Amazon return today with no success. The clerk first laughed at me for my purchase in front of a store full of people and then told me I needed to purchase a box to ship the package in, even though the Amazon instructions said I could drop it off in the box it was shipped in. When I called Amazon customer service to ask for a shipping label instead of a QR code so I can just drop off at a kiosk, the agent told me the clerk was incorrect and poorly trained and should have accepted the box as is. Looks like this is a common scam - be wary.

  Went into this store today looking to buy a tube for a poster we are carrying home to London from a concert in town. Whilst the store didn’t have any, the young gentleman in there was so helpful looking for alternative solutions for us and even came to find us after we left, to give us another option. Really good customer service. It was at c2pm on Saturday 28 March 2026 - hopefully UPS can identify him and pass on our thanks!
