  mailed a box and internet system was down- Was supposed to get a receipt with the total charged today Friday and did not receive the following day - trying to call but very long hold times and automated recording that cannot get connected to a human - very frustrating!! Still do not know how much was charged --???

  First off, let me say that Chris is a GEM. Absolutely wonderful to work with and respectful. However, because of Richard, I will not go to this location again. I walked in with 3 large boxes for an Amazon return. Richard was rude from the start as I stood with 30 stitches in my knee making snide remarks about how I could wait another turn if I didn't want to move the boxes to his station. He then said I needed to buy a box even though the Amazon return clearly stated no box needed. The items were already in boxes and trying to put 2 boxes into a larger box would have been impossible to transport...also, not what the instructions said! I won't be treated disrespectfully like this. He was rude and unkind. I took my packages and left!

  The gentleman attendant was very prompt to assist me sending internet equipment in 5 minutes. Great! In and out!
