    place is clean food is bland they charge per veggie topping even tho i ommited cheese and tomatoes they charged me for wilted cucumber and spinach. wont recommend

    The employee. "Maibe" was extremely rude from the start. With a "what do you want" I asked for two 6 inch ham and salami sandwiches and add turkey. I know there's an extra cost to it. She would not let me alter the vegetables that went on it because then it was not the special. Never heard of this before. On my footlong club I added bacon. And I only wanted the bacon toasted. She said it's all toasted or nothing When asked why I was charged 8.99 plus salami instead of 4.99 plus turkey she said it's because I altered the entire sandwich. Really really rude and kept making faces and sighing like it was a chore. I have never felt so disrespected at a fast food location. I proceeded to ask her if she was having a good day to try and break the tension and she said what does it matter what day she's having. I proceeded to shut up and pay. But will definitely make it known that this place should not be visited. Go an extra 10 min to the next subway. I paid $40 for 2 footlongs. What the heck is that!!

    I already had a bad experience there the first time when trying to order lady with glasses and haircut like a boy was having a terrible day she was not happy and being rude to every customer that came in very straight to the point and not being kind.. Today she charged me 17 bucks for a foot long chips and drink I said cool not to bad but when I went to pay it says 22 and some change I said what the heck I did not authorize anything more than what it is especially since I only had 20 on me! So I adjusted the TIP to 0.00 They literally have been scamming for sure !! Terrible!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would, bread tasted stale. Veggies were old. The tomatoes were see through and we were told they were freshly cut…… yea right! They hardly put any veggies we had to keep asking to put more…$30 something dollars for a foot long and a 6in with two small bags of chips. Next time we will just make sandwiches at home and even feed our elder neighbors for that price. I should have just walked out but my kid really wanted subway

    I started coming back here often, and I would give this a full 5 stars, but I must say, theres a minor issue. Ive noticed the last 3 or so times Ive come in over the last week, folks seem to be getting trained, thats awesome! Honestly, I have patience and understanding for that. Today, however, bothered me a bit. The employee in training was helping me and doing wonderfully, I typically being one to not list every individual ingredient just name a sandwich and then name addons, its easier that way to say "BLT + duh duh duh" rather then "lemme get a, b, c , d ,e ,f ,g h,...etc" Especially with multiple sandwiches, as someone who can get stressed easy I dont wanna put that load on other people of trying to remember or keep re asking me. While I told the employee what I liked, whoever was above her, another lady, was telling her she "cant add this, cant do that, cant x,y,z". To my understanding, whatever I have added I pay for. Regardless of what Im getting, its my choice to put it on MY sandwich. This poor employee seemed torn between me and her higher up that was dictating, RATHER THAN communicating to ME, and telling me, "hey adding X makes it cost more" (Which I already know by the way). But rather, I didnt get everything on my sandwich due to her dictatorship deciding for me what I could and couldnt have. Just charge me extra like you always do when I add more??????????? I digress, the employee in training was phenomenal, very kind, great customer service skills. Cant say the same for the lady above her. I felt bad and had to keep reassuring her that so far what I have, I WILL PAY FOR. It was just easier to leave it at what it was then continue adding to my sandwich, leaving me a bit unsatisfied if I could be so honest. Im glad theyre worried about training their newer employees but denying what can and cant go on a CUSTOM sandwich in a CUSTOM SANDWICH shop is absolutely wild. I will for sure come back here again, I just hope grumpy guss isnt there to stop me from enjoying the meal I want, my way.
