  Told me I had to buy a "laptop box" for $29.00 just to ship off my laptop for a repair. I called Fedex to see if this was a real thing and was told I have the choice between my own packaging and Fedex.

  Very bad and horrible management at this location. Employees like Tim, Kevin, and Lee are the most rude, unorganized, irresponsible, disrespectful, and unprofessional people. They don’t know how to properly train their drivers and staff. They need to hire better managers at this location.

  Their system crabby. They don’t deliver on time. They always have excuses. I don’t know how these kind of service happening in America.

  This was my first time at this ship center. It was very nice, plenty of parking. The FedEx woman was nice and helpful. Thumbs up!
