  This location is horrible. My first bad experience was sending a 2 Day envelope, which took almost a month to arrive. Most recently, I sent a box of my own things back to Dallas, so I wouldn't have to drag luggage. They put my label on another box and their label on mine. The boxes were not even close in size. Customer service (which is in the Philippines) was hopeless. Three calls produced nothing. I filled out the forms for the contents and value with some photos and Fedex did nothing. AVOID this office and the woman working there should be fired.

  My god they are so slow. I think the guy at the register (Josh) was explaining the entire mailing system to the person he was checking out, meanwhile 4 other people in line and 3 employees watching items print.

  This is the most INCOMPETENT FEDEX I have ever been to. Whoever was working there today she has zero idea how to do her job. Quick drop offs shouldn’t take 15 plus minutes for a package
