We’ve just done a 24 days USA road trip and this is the only hotel I would not recommend. Shabby, dated and a ridiculously noisy ‘AC’ unit on the wall. Stay cool and don’t sleep or sleep and sweat! We were only there one night which was quite a relief.
Nice location, however, the beddings and Sheets in my room, at this hotel, made my entire body itchy, even after they changed the beddings. I had to drive down to Walgreens to buy insect repellent. I applied it to my entire body each day, before laying in bed. That was what helped me.
We checked out on 7/27/26 & went to a different hotel for 2more days...., and the beddings in my room at the new hotel did not make my body itchy at all!
Will not stay here next time.

Fantastic Hotel. What a great value on a great property. Traveling from San Diego to Zion NP, we stayed the night at the Las Brisas, and we enjoyed ourselves so much! Happy hour at the bar followed by a dip in the pool provided the perfect rest stop before a walk around Palm Springs!!

Stayed in Palm Springs on our way home from the coast. Las Brisas was close to town and very accessible. Rooms were comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was typical for a Best Western Plus.

My stay was completely unplanned, full spur of the moment, jump in the car and drive for a bit kind of thing! I searched google for a place to stay, convenient to Palm Springs downtown. I'm so glad this was the place I chose. From check in to check out the stay was pleasant.
The room was perfect, as shown, fully stocked, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. The shower pressure was good, and the offered toiletries sufficiently stocked. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I'd love to have those pillows in my own home. Everything was well cleaned, the only "dust" found was my own glasses case.
The grounds are very pleasant. Well laid out, easy to find everything, ample parking (at least for this trip, I can't speak for higher volume times). The pool looked fun, and even has a small pool side bar, shaded seating, and looked well cleaned. My only bummer was to get to the pool bar just before the end of "Happy Hour" only to be told he had already closed up for the day (it was 5 til closing, but I'm aware there's probably procedures that need to be completed before closing, and guess they start on those ahead of time for efficiency.
The breakfast was well stocked and had a decent variety of options. I left the property sufficiently rested, fed, and ready to face the day.
