  There's only one girl working here. She is nice but the AC is broke and 85 degrees in the store, and very smokey. She needs some help here. Edit my friend ordered, and I waited at the register but they're panicking so hard I just figured it's best to not make their day worse and go somewhere else. I was never greeted and wasn't able to order.

  Shoutout from Australia! We came every night after stagecoach and received the best customer service, and would consider flying back just for the food 😆! We wish we could remember the workers name who served us each night as he made wingstop the highlight of our trip

  My friend and I were greeted by an employee who said, "We'll be right with you." We waited far longer than we should have while the employee repeatedly said the same thing without actually helping us. Then, despite clearly seeing both of us together, he only asked one of us if we had a pickup order and continued to ignore us. Eventually, a woman who was pushing a mop bucket had to stop what she was doing to take our order. The customer service was disorganized and disappointing. A simple acknowledgment followed by timely service would have made a big difference. You can see he just talking on the phone whole time, owners should check in cause this guys is just having full blown conversations on phone.

  By far the worst wingstop location in the valley soley food wise. Fries came unseasoned and undercooked. 6 of the tiniest wings i’ve ever gotten from a wingstop, all 70% batter and barely any chicken inside. Got the garlic parm and they were absolutely drenched in the super greasy sauce. Sad to say I won’t be able to finish my food, nor come back to this location as the service was great, the guy was very sweet, and even gave me some extra seasoning for my fries.
