THE WORST UPS STORE !!!
i went there to return an item back to Amazon. This is supposed to be free as stated by Amazon. This store asked me to pay for additional frivolous charges. The clerks there are rude and cold.
So i took my item to another UPS store .
WHAT A DIFFERENCE !. The item was mailed back without any charges. And the employees are more than kind and helpful !
BOYCOTT THIS STORE !!!!
If you want to pay using cash you must have exact change. Had a $20 bill, and they couldn't make change for a $5.63 transaction. Doesn't make any sense to me, because every other UPS store Ive been to has had no problem giving change. We won't use this location again.

This is definitely a busy location, but the team does a great job staying helpful and attentive once it’s your turn.
I was here last week doing my usual returns and accidentally left my wallet behind. One of the staff members went above and beyond by tracking down my phone number through an email I had sent with a label to print as my e-mail signature has my phone number and they had reached out to me.
I was extremely grateful—they truly went the extra mile to make sure I got my wallet back. That level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend this location!

The attendant took a look and noticed I had a return and it was ready, she told the customer she was with she needed just a moment and popped over and scanned my QR code and printed my receipt and sent me on my way with a thank you and have a good day and returned to her other customer. She effectively doubled up and handled two customers at once in order to keep me on my way.
I have had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting this location on a few occasions. As I look towards relocating and obtaining a new UPS Store mailbox account, for which I've been a customer for over 6 years in another city, I find I am avoiding this store like the plague.
Without exception, every single time I have been in this store, the clerks are sullen, argumentative, unengaging and not very helpful. They are clearly very unhappy people. Within the last week, I heard one of the females clerks speaking to a customer in such a manner that would have had me walking straight out the door. The way in which she was speaking to the woman was unconscionable and beyond unacceptable. I don't know how this place stays open, and how UPS continues to allow these people to ruin their reputation. Run don't walk away from this location.
