Today I went to the FedEx drop off office to drop two packages. The girl at the desk wouldn’t let me have the bubble wrap express large envelopes that I always got because we use those to ship FedEx parcels. She argued that I have to order it online? Pay for it No?. And she cannot give it to me And there’s a limit. This has never happened. These are free for customers. We give them a lot of business big revenue they shouldn’t be doing such low things with us. Repeat customers it was very inappropriate what she did.
