  Have always given these guys high marks - - for variety of services offered, helpful staff, convenient location - - but this one will not be so. Needed to ship a very expensive item to the East Coast; packaging advice and Ground Shipping price were excellent, but found out - - the hard way - - that the Insurance charge was almost 5x the UPS national rate. Apparently independent Stores can charge what they like for Insurance rates. In future, when needing to repeat this process, will ONLY have this Store package the item; then I'll take it to FedEx, USPS, ..., for Insurance/Shipping.

  Professionally polite, and very helpful. I didn’t know how to work the copy machine to get the double-sided copies needed and the Young representative was a great assistant. We definitely do business again at this copy shop.

  The clerks at this office are always friendly and very helpful when I am sending packages and is also a most convenient location in Pacifica. Thank you for keeping your location.

  In addition to the normal UPS functions, I’d like to highlight the printing services they have! BEST PRINTING SERVICE EVER!!! You just need to email them what you need to print out and it will be ready in very short time! Saved me a lot of hassle! I’ve printed the vinyl banners here. I was expecting 2 days or more since it’s the normal vinyl printing time. However, they made it ready for me the same day, just within several hours! The color quality is excellent and it’s very reasonable prices! Also, I’ve been doing a lot of normal printing there. I have to say, they really got professional printing materials with be try reasonable prices! Definitely will keep coming back!!!
