  Dillon was so awesome and helpful-went in to print a few copies of my “lost kitty” flyers and he/UPS store donated them to me to help in our search. It was so touching and in a world where people can be so greedy and heartless, he brought back my faith in that there are still really kind people out there. Not to mention the store was so clean, organized and fully stocked as well. When I first went in there was 4 people already lined up and he was so fast at helping everyone I didn’t wait in line more then a few minutes (less than 5!) very efficient and knows his role All stores should have a Dillon! I will definitely be back for any shipping or business needs I have - thank you again Dillon -😊Veronica

  Associates were very thorough, making sure and double checking that everything was correct. They were also very calm and pleasant deal with. I did not feel rushed. They made me feel relaxed, as well and relieved, that my package will get to its destination.

  I wish I could put a ZERO. The service here like many of the other customers have said is absolutely abysmal. The representatives at the front desk are rude, incompetent and unhelpful. I'm reaching out to corporate as well to let them know how bad this store is being run. I agree with the other reviews here that things changed. I believe after new ownership. Not sure but it's absolutely horrible. It's unfortunate because this is the closest to my work but I will never go to the store again. Absolutely horrible. And it seems like they really don't care.

  I drop many packages here, and they are fast and efficient. However, I have to agree with a couple of comments about wanting to nickel and dime customers, and being pricey. So, knowing that, I try not to ask for anything, unless I have to. Although the Amazon instructions state that UPS or Kohl supposed to package for Amazon clients. Haven't pushed that issue yet. I simply take my tape roll with me, just in case.
