  The delivery drivers don't even read the notes. I payed an extra $12 on top of the normal shipping cost, just to have it delivered in a window of time that I would be home. And they couldn't even do that. Now my package is being returned to the shipper....

  Waiting for a laptop, driver pulled up while we were home, stuck the missed delivery sticker on the door, and sped off. Heard the truck the whole time, but was gone by the time we got to the front door!

  FedEx is by far the worst delivery provider in the US. Use UPS or anything else. The driver never even attempted to deliver and flagged incorrect address.
