  I had a bad experience with a employee at this location. I went there to return AT&T Internet Air product and she gave me problems acting as if she could not take the product. Once another employee came magically it got resolved I was satisfied with that and was about to leave...Once I was got my receipt the Indian UPS worker said you can leave the store and I was upset and shocked because I didn't do anything

  Don't ever take a FedEx shipment to this store even though they do send out FedEx for an extra $5. They don't tell you that it may go out the next day. I sent one yesterday a 2PM and they didn't send it out until the next day which was Friday which now results with "next day delivery" being delivered Monday. The shipment was a cell phone left at our house and now it won't be received until Monday instead of today, Friday. They lost my business and I have gone there for years.

  Bad customer service and very unfriendly employee. Save yourself the visit and go to the UPS on channel island and Victoria. That location has better parking and better customer service.
