    I went in for my finger print scan and danielle was super nice and understanding of me not really knowing what it was for. im definitely making this my main ups from now on thank u danielle!

    I've been to this particular location twice. I had the pleasure of working with a young woman with dark hair on my first visit (she may have had glasses). She was incredibly kind and patient, and gave recommendations to help make sure my package (which contained fragile contents) would reach its destination safely. If that was my only interaction with facility, this review would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, my interaction with another employee today has caused lead to the score you see now. An older woman with blue hair was quite short with me from the beginning, chastising me on how my package (a box) was upside down as soon as I set it on the scale (and flipped it, despite me saying it's fragile). She later interrupted me while I read the address the package was to be sent to. When she read the final total to me, I requested that the include a "Signature Required" add-on for the package, and apologized profusely for not mentioning it before she rang up the total. She sighed audibly, said she'd have to go back and change things, and, after adding it on, loudly tapped her nails on the counter as she waited for me to complete my part of the required process. I won't invalidate her emotions and frustrations, as I understand that the stress of a customer service position is exhausting. I myself am in the veterinary field, and I understand that customers/clients may use you as target practice for whatever emotion they may be holding onto that day. However, it's our responsibility to show others kindness, even if mundane things like a flipped box may grate our nerves. You never know what someone is going through, and these simple interactions can truly impact someone's day more than you know. Considering that a "woman with blue hair' has been mentioned other times in reviews of this facility, I don't really think management will address the behavior. But, I do hope it's brought up, because she seems much too short-tempered for this environment for this to be sustainable for her. Thank you for reading!
