  Today, I walked in and asked for the sandwich special of the day. The lady asked what type of bread and I said a foot-long Italian bread. She placed the sandwich in the toaster and charged me and I paid with my credit card. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed she charged me full price and the total came to $13.97. I said mam, I asked for the sandwich of the day special and that's when she became rude. She said that I was lying and that since I had already paid for a regular foot-long that she could not give me back the money or the difference. I insisted on my money back but she refused until I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager on duty. Then a police officer walked in and the lady started to accuse me by telling him that I was using fowl language against her which I never did. I never use it in my private life nor at work. The officer did not get involved but simply asked what I was trying to do. I said I was trying to get my money back by canceling the order and have my money refunded. She finally canceled my order but not before telling me that I was a liar and that God would be paying me back with bad karma. She kept holding my canceled receipt and would not give it back to me until she had the last word. After she returned my cancelled receipt, she still kept accusing me with the officer saying a was a liar and that i had never asked for the daily special. What an unpleasant experience. I will NOT return to that place again but I will share my experience with friends and colleagues. Very, very bad customer service.

  Got really sick today after eating at this subway location. I had a turkey sandwich with American cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
