  I’ve been going there for years, I’ve had zero problems with the staff. My food is always ready on time. I will continue to visit this store. Highly recommend.

  I had a very disappointing experience due to the attitude of one of the employees. I asked for the sub of the day without ham because I cannot eat ham. I was told this could not be done. I then asked if the ham could simply be put on the side, which was also refused. I was not asking for anything extra—only for an ingredient to be left off, which should not be a difficult request. The employee was very rude throughout the interaction and did not have a name tag, making it impossible to identify her. Overall, it was an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location based on the service I received.
