CYNTHIA HERNANDEZ IS MY GOD SENT ANGEL I am writing to share my exceptional experience with Cynthia Hernandez. While I am not certain if this is the correct office, I felt it was essential to recognize the truly outstanding, world-class service she provided. Cynthia truly went above and beyond for me, demonstrating a level of dedication that is rare to encounter. When all other options had failed and I was left without a path forward, she performed exhaustive due diligence and refused to give up until she secured a reasonable auto insurance quote. Her relentless work ethic, profound expertise, and professionalism were invaluable; she is, without question, a significant and indispensable asset to your team. I believe Cynthia deserves the highest possible recognition for her extraordinary commitment to her customers. She did not just do her job—she exceeded every expectation and turned a stressful situation into a success. Thank you for having such a remarkable professional on your staff. Sincerely, Darrell L. Mickle Sr.
