Had a package to ship out and they wouldn’t take it. Told me I needed to put strapped boxes inside a box. Explained to them that’s how I received it and the curly headed guy said “No, we won’t take it. Something about a conveyer belt. Anyways, drove straight to FedEx ship center on Paseo behind Costco and they took my package no questions asked. This location needs to shut down!!!

At 6:03pm I was in to purchase paper. As I entered the store, the girl working walked passed me, never making eye contact, and huffed as she stated “we’re closed”. The store was full of customers. When I started to ask if I could buy a quick ream of paper, she said “sorry, we’re closed” and walked away again. All of the customers looked surprised at her behavior. While I understand they closed 3 minutes earlier, I was also disappointed to see that a local business does not need the money enough to make a quick sale. Most of all, it’s disheartening to see such poor communication and customer service. Sadly, this is not the 1st bad experience at this store. Needless to say, I would not recommend this store due to the aggravation.
These guys TOTALLY solved my package problem! Shout out to Kylie for amazing customer service! Thank you guys!

I really wanted to give ZERO stars but it wasn't an option; long story short:
I was quoted a shipping rate over the phone that I repeated and it was confirmed.
When I got into the store the cheapest rate they could give me was double what they quoted me on the phone only minutes before!! All they could say was "We are sorry the rep gave you the wrong quote." Thats it, really? No discount or let me see what i can do to correct the issue??? NO NOPE and NADA!.
Terrible business management, such a waste of time and loss of money :-(
I will NEVER ever trust or use FedEx.....high profile company that makes millions but cares $0 about their customers. Sad.
Horrible service. I can't believe they only have one person store.
