  I needed to switch my phone from someone else's account to my own account. First they told me they could do it with a PIN and an ok from the account holder. Then when I came in again, they said they needed him in person. They didn't seem like they really wanted to help me and even laughed at me.

  Misleading sale tactics. Was told I was receiving free accessories, I asked to have them removed from the total and was told the total would be the same with or without them so they put them on my phones. I found out I was charged a hefty amount for each one and the woman was very patronizing when I asked her about this. She changed the story and said I got a discount on the phones with accessory purchase but couldn’t show me how the discounts were applied on new accounts only on her existing account. She offered to take everything back and charge me all over, which wouldn’t have the new member or new line discounts because I’d no longer be a new member. I’d shop at a cricket with more transparency.

  Very hot in the store, no A/C. Woman greeted us in Spanish and said there was no internet. She said she couldn't help us and sent us to Rose store.
