  The Oroville CA UPS store has definitely got better over the last eight years. Nick gives superior customer service. They are keeping the store cleaner. The thick dust would always upset my allergies. The lines aren't as long as they used to be and most employees always offer a receipt now. One guy is still inconsistent with charges; we just try to avoid him. The parking lot is too small. It is very difficult to get a parking spot. If we see Nick, we know things will go smoothly.👍🏻

  Service=good... hours of operation= weak as heck...smh...with my hours of work its almost impossible to meet this business' hour of operation :(

  This is literally the exit, sat here for about 15-30 minutes waiting to get out while the ups driver parked Infront of the exit where theres a clear sign of “no parking”.
