    Came and ordered two sandwiches a bag of chia and a drink to go. Got home to find only one sandwich. When I went back and asked them to make another sandwich they told me I needed to get in the line which by now was so long it extended into Walmart. I told them I shouldn’t have to re wait in line. They issued me a refund I did not ask for, made me get in line, order a new sandwich and pay for it when I got to the cashier. From my experience in customer service I expected they would remake the sandwich without making me wait 20 mins in line, possibly offer something for the my inconvenience of having to go back after getting home. But they did not show any care about their mistake or the inconvenience. I will likely not be going back any time soon. Had I been rude, loud or make a scene I know they would have done everything they could to get me out of their store as fast as possible but polite patient people apparently do not get treated as well.

    Took my son here to eat. I paid almost 30 dollars for our meals we order medium. We made our drinks and they were out of lids so I ask for a different size cup she told me if I give you a bigger cup I will have to charge you for the difference and I said give me the small one she said I still have to charge you. Really not my fault you didn't have lids . That was sure poor customer service she should have made it right.
