  I have been with cricket for many years I really like the service that I get when something goes wrong with my phone.....Laura is the best she is always helpful and courteous always willing to help you and goes out of her way to mack sure you are taking care of before you leave the store...thank you Laura your the best ....she is located at the orland store if anyone has a problem she can fix it ..thank you Laura
