  I can’t believe how rude the staff is at the store. After waiting for 10 minutes for the guy to play on the computer without paying any attention to customers, I tried to give him the Amazon box for return to SCAN a code (Estimate: 2 secs tops). He told me it will take at least ANOTHER 30 MINUTES because there was a couple reading through pages of documents for notarizing while he played on the PC. He also told me he’s not going to tape the box I brought because they’re supposed to charge me for it?! Wow. You lost a customer forever because of a rude employee who's probably never held a job before. No wonder they have such a poor rating. I live in Orinda and have come to the store for many years, but I've never encountered such a terrible, rude attitude. I'll be going to the Lafayette store from now on.

  The notary here is always surly and contemptuous. He is a perfect reflection of the new owner's nasty attitude. It is worth going to the Lafayette store where the staff is so much nicer.
