  I placed an order online. BIG MISTAKE!! What I ordered online is not what I received. Not sure what happened, but when I called to let them know…they just kept saying that was the order. The sandwich I received had tomatoes on it. I am allergic to tomatoes, so there is no way I would order that. But instead of saying they didn’t know what happened & offering to make a correct my sandwich they just kept doubling down. The employee said they would call the manager. It’s been an hour. Obviously it’s not important to the owner of this store to satisfy customers. Apparently them eating the cost of a sandwich and providing the customer with what they want is unimportant to them.

  We ordered sandwiches after a sporting practice. All of the sandwiches came with onions on them which none of us requested. On top of that, the prices have skyrocketed beyond reasonable.

  This is by far the weirdest Subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here 4–5 times, and every single time I wanted to eat inside, they wouldn’t let me. There was always a different excuse. Today, for example, they said the dining area was closed because the air conditioning wasn’t working. But why does that matter? I was perfectly fine eating inside without AC. Very strange place.
