Their staff was so helpful! Helped us create Chapman Univeristy's Sigma Chi rush cards, and they turned out absolutely amazing. Staff was super cool and kind, and I'll definitely go back to print out more!

A white male never verified with me my address when sending a package and it was wrong. I also called today about help with a package updating an address and a rude male said they couldn’t help me with that straight up and that’s it. No other suggestions, could’ve just told me to call support or something if they couldn’t help me. Luckily I called 1-800-742-5877 UPS support and luckily they were able to help me no problem. Will not be returning to this unprofessional, unhelpful store.
