  Fast and efficient. One time forgot my dolly and they saved it to the side. Other reviewers with 3 stars are less likely competitor stores or impatient people that thinks its UPS actual company.

  Avoid Store #4464 in Orange, CA at all costs. I brought my elderly Asian mother here to get two Power of Attorney documents notarized. The commissioned notary on duty, Michael Arias, was perfectly happy to process our 2-page Financial POA because it was quick and easy. However, the moment he saw the second document was a 16-page Advance Health Care Directive, his lazy, hostile attitude kicked in.Without even bothering to check each page or perform a standard document review, he completely shut down the interaction. When my mother asked a simple administrative question about where her signature line was, he dramatically threw both arms in the air and aggressively refused to help her or even look at the packet.To prove his bias, he had just finished providing friendly, attentive, and highly conversational service to a Caucasian male customer immediately before us. When it came to my mother and a document that required actual work, he displayed instant impatience and hostility.When emailed about the incident, Michael Arias doubled down on his petulant, unprofessional attitude, sending a sarcastic, defensive reply bragging about his behavior and telling us to "feel free to complain."Corporate Headquarters has already launched an active investigation under Case C0366117309 and Case C0366130408. If you are a senior citizen, a minority, or a family trying to protect your loved ones, stay far away from this location. They will take your money for the easy stuff and treat you with utter contempt the moment a document requires a shred of professional effort. Go to an independent competitor who treats people with human respect.

  The store itself is very clean with a very nice, helpful staff. Parking is easy and there is plenty of it. However getting out of your parking spot and out of the shopping plaza can prove difficult at times due to non-attentive/selfish drivers that have no regard to the pedestrian or car traffic
