  I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. Even though I came in asking for a service they don’t normally offer, Steffy, Donna, and Johnny went out of their way to help me anyway. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. It’s rare to find people who treat you with so much warmth and compassion. If you need anything shipped, packed, or just want to know you’re in good hands, this is the UPS Store to go to. They truly handle everything with love, care, and professionalism. Thank you, Steffy, Donna, and Johnny you are absolute angels!

  I went in to print one color page and asked the representative how much it would cost before printing. She told me it would be $0.49. She then gave me an email address and instructed me to email the document to her, which I did. When she first rang it up, the total came to $0.52, but she canceled the transaction and processed it again. This time, she charged me $3.52. When I asked why the price had increased so much, she told me it was because I had sent the document by email. The problem is that she was the one who instructed me to email the document, and at no point did she mention there would be an additional fee for doing so. I specifically asked for the price before printing, and she confirmed it would only be $0.49. If there are extra charges, customers should be informed before the service is provided, not after the transaction is completed. Businesses should be transparent about all fees and not surprise customers with hidden charges. I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication.
