This is THE WORST subway I have ever been to. I placed 2 online orders. One under my name and one under my wife’s name. Something came up and we were not able to pick up the sandwiches in time so I asked my Father in Law to pick up the orders. I NEVER have any issue picking up the orders and they NEVER ask for any sort of confirmation. My father in law went inside to pick up these orders for me and the lady working tonight would NOT give him the orders for some reason. She refused to give him the sandwiches when he knew the names for both of my orders . How does this employee know that my father in laws name is not my name. How would my father in law know BOTH names specifically for this order if I did not tell him the name for the orders. My father in law is Mexican and this lady was profiling him. Now I had to go pick up these sandwiches LATE because they refused to give the orders to my father in law. I approached the employee about this and I told her I sent my father in law to pick up these orders. What is the reason she wouldn’t give it to him? She looked me straight in my face and said “That’s your father in law”? With a smirk on her face. I am a white male and yes my father in law is Mexican. Why is that even a question? Why would she make a comment like this? If my father in law was white would she have given me the food? This is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. They racially profiled my father in law and this needs to be investigated. I told this employee that they never give me any problems picking up my food. I usually walk in. They ask for the name. And they give it to me. She now tells me that we need to show confirmation? When in the past all we had to do is say the name for the order. Now they need me to also sign a receipt? This is absolutely ridiculous. If I give my father in law authorization to sign and pick up these orders, why is this an issue? Why would she question that that is my father in law? Is it because he is MEXICAN and I am WHITE? I cannot believe they embarrassed my family like this. We will NEVER be back to this location. And I advise everyone reading this to never go back as well. I will be calling corporate on this establishment and taking this to a higher level. This subway is RACIST and needs to learn how to treat customers. This is disgusting behavior. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
Guy making sandwich was rude and sexist went in with my girlfriend and he wouldn’t listen to her when she ordered her food he would look to me and then ask what she wanted or wouldn’t even bother to ask and just duplicate what he did on mine on her sandwich. he did basically the same thing to the father and daughter who were before us. he also refused to take coupon and seemed very upset that I used a subway gift card to pay. also completely manhandled our sandwiches. They were squished bread was falling apart, and didn’t even cut through it just mangled it .Will not be returning to this location again. do not go here.

This location gives smaller portions than other Subway stores, same prices, way less food. They constantly mess up orders, and they’ve missed items on my online orders twice back to back. At this point, it’s clearly a pattern, not a mistake.
The owner needs to do better and stop being stingy with portions. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their food every single time. If you want consistency, go to the subway off the freeway down the street

Do not order from here. They will mess up your order, lie about it, and be rude about it.
I ordered on DoorDash for someone who has a very strict diet -- cannot eat tomatoes or spinach. The order arrived totally wrong. Subway did not toast the bread and included tomatoes and spinach.
When I called to tell the store to report an incorrect order and to ask for a refund, she refused to give me her name. She also lied and said she followed the instructions. I've included a picture to show I specifically left out spinach and tomatoes and another picture to show she included these items.
To add insult to injury, the rude employee told me that it is my responsibility to check the order and complain immediately. It was a DoorDash contactless delivery. How exactly is that supposed to happen?
She then hung up on me. When I called back, a man answered and refused to provide the employee's name.
DO NOT order from here. Complete waste of money and terrible customer service.
